[宅] 吉野家合約聲明範本（英文版）

有鑒於自己在租屋方面曾經吃了悶虧，還是奉勸未來有可能要自己找室友跟房客的朋友，一定要在合約聲明上仔細下功夫，保護自我權益。尤其是特別注意以下事項：

1. 註明「任何變動都需在三個月前告知，否則押金將被沒收。」
2. 如須分攤房屋仲介費用，也需一併寫入。
3. 這份聲明連同合約，一定要在房客入住當天簽署，同時租金押金也要一起付清。

I hereby declare, that as of today I have accepted an advance of deposit amounting to ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿PLN (say: ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ PLN) from Mr/Ms                             , the holder of an ID/Passport number  ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ , on behalf concerning the rental contract of a property located on  ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿. 

Any change about the contract should be announced before 3 months, otherwise the deposit will be withdraw by the owner. 

And I also agree to share the agency fee as amount of＿＿＿＿＿＿＿PLN.
