波蘭華沙國際海報設計雙年展(International Poster Biennale in Warsaw)主要目的是檢視創造性的思考、藝術性的實驗與原創性,其最重視設計者的「想法」以及如何將它呈現在視覺上。可貴之處在於蒐集各國的海報作品,從中窺看創作者如何以設計表達對公共議題的關心。
